To ensure your parcels arrive in time for Christmas, please place your orders by the following dates:

E.U - 12th DECEMBER
REST OF THE WORLD - 5th DECEMBER (please note that we are experiencing long delays with parcels to Canada unfortunately, so parcels in time for xmas CANNOT be guaranteed - apologies for any inconveniences caused)
WE WILL BE TAKING A SHORT BREAK BETWEEN 21ST DEC - 2ND JAN TO ENJOY THE FESTIVE PERIOD. SHIPPING WILL RESUME ON WEDNESDAY 3RD JANUARY 2018.
UK Delivery Options
We like to keep things simple. Here are our three UK delivery options...
We offer free Standard Delivery on all orders over £30. Just enter the code free30 in the coupon box to redeem this. Otherwise, it's only £2.50 to ship your parcel anywhere in the UK. We aim to ship any orders placed before 6pm Mon- Fri, by the next working day. Whilst we ensure prompt shipping from Cloth&Candy, Royal Mail’s Second Class Post is not guaranteed so we recommend allowing 3-5 working days for your parcel to arrive.
We also offer a Next Day Delivery service for £7.25 if you would like your item sooner. Provided you place your order before 1pm Monday - Friday, we will ship out the same day. We use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service which will get your parcel to you before 1pm the next day. It will need to be signed for, so please make sure someone is around to receive your lovely items!
E.U. and International Delivery
Hooray!! We ship our parcels of loveliness overseas. We have two options depending on destination...
For countries within the European Union, delivery costs just £6.99. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail and are not tracked. Please allow 5-10 working days for your parcel to arrive.
For shipping to the rest of the world, our flat rate is only £9.99. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail and are not tracked. Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs charges incurred on arrival of their Cloth&Candy order in its destination country.
We offer a 14 day refund policy on all non-personalised items. As all fabrics are cut to order, hence personalised, we do not offer refunds on these products unless they are sent to you faulty or damaged. All Instagram sales are final. Every item is inspected before being carefully packaged to our high standards. In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged product, or you have changed your mind about the non-personalised goods, please get in touch with us and send your purchase to the address provided within 14 days with a short cover note along with your Order Number. We recommend sending any returns by recorded delivery so that you have a proof of postage - we will reimburse this postage cost if the product is found to be faulty or damaged.
