In the unlikely event of your ordered product being out of stock, we will offer you an exchange or refund. Purchasing Fabric

Fabric is sold by the fat quarter. Each single quantity represents one fat quarter of the chosen product. One fat quarter is a rectangular piece of fabric that usually measures roughly 55cm x 50cm depending on the manufactured width of fabric. If multiple quantities of the same product are ordered, these will be cut as a continuous length unless otherwise asked by you and based on our current stock levels. We will contact you with the details you have provided to discuss further if necessary.

Your Right To Cancel

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days from the receipt of goods to cancel your order of any non-personalised goods.  Cloth&Candy only supply fabrics that are cut to order and hence are personalised. As such, our fabrics are exempt from cancellation unless faulty. Please see our Returns Policy for more information or contact us if you have any queries.
